‘On/off’ is about realizing that some things are worth fighting for and deciding that you want to fight for them. Things that are worth it do not come easy.
‘Mindtricks’ is a piece about depression and psychological illness. A societal view is often rooted in a solution-based idea that everything needs to be fixed as fast as possible and as easily as possible. The problem is psychological issues are hard to deal with and they take time.
‘Head-first’ is about letting go of past experiences and learning to move on and tackling your issues head-on.
‘Lost’ is an abstract piece about being in a toxic relationship or environment.
‘Brightness-level’ is an abstract piece about opposites.
The poem ‘In-check’ is about learning to get to know yourself, your feelings, your moods, and how you can get yourself out of really bad situations. Wallowing in self-pity only reinforces the bad situation, so realizing that it’s about to occur can help you move on, even if it’s hard.
‘Star’ is a poem about appearances. You never know what people go through or fight with, which is why everyone deserves a little extra patience and understanding.
‘Peaceful mess’ is an abstract piece about having chaos everywhere around you, but in a way that makes you enjoy it and find piece in it.
Being passionate about something is important in order to achieve success. If you do not care about what you are doing, it is that much harder to help the project along. Simply going through the motions does not help anyone. Read the story of my drive and hopefully get inspired and consider what you want to do with your life.
